In keeping with the homemade feel of their wedding, it's only natural that Ben Seewald decided to personally design a wedding ring for his then fiancé Jessa Duggar.
In an exclusive sneak peek at the 9:30 p.m. installment of this week's back-to-back 19 Kids and Counting episodes, Jinger borrows Jessa's engagement ring so that Ben can "work on something" for her.
Jessa, 22, had a pretty good idea of what was going on, but told 19 Kids cameras, "If Ben wants to keep it a secret and surprise me, then that's great – I'll let him do it."
Given how close she is to her big sister, it was only natural that Jinger, 21, joined Ben, 19, at the jewelry store. With Ben's design and under the guidance of the jeweler, they all collaborated on a wedding band that was not only personal but also would coordinate with her engagement ring.
"This means a lot to me, to really personalize this wedding band for Jessa and just kind of put my own touch on it. I think that that's going to be really special for her," said Ben, adding that he "can't wait to see her face when I slide it on her finger."
19 Kids and Counting airs two episodes every Tuesday starting at 9 p.m. ET on TLC.
